Curbside Pick-Up
There are two different types of forms you can download. The first is an Excel file that will let you complete an order via drop-down menus that will calculate your totals (before taxes) for you. The second is a fillable PDF which you can fill out on your computer (without totals) or print out and fill in by hand if that suits you better.

- Click the PDF form below.
- Download the order form to your computer by selecting “Download”, or print the order form by selecting “Print”.
- Fill out the order form either on your computer or if you printed it out, by hand.
- Call us to submit your order by phone (204) 377-4480 or send it by mail to Golden Plains Greenhouse, PO Box 46, Kleefeld, MB R0A 0V0
Submit Order via Email:
- Click either button to open the order forms below.
- Download the order form to your computer by selecting “Download”. Do not begin filling out the order form in your Internet browser as the data will not save.
- Open the downloaded PDF file on your computer in a PDF Viewer (ie. Adobe Reader, Acrobat, Viewer) or the downloaded Excel file in Microsoft Excel. if you Not sure where it saved? Check for a folder called “Downloads” on your computer. This is the most common spot.
- Fill in your order info and save when complete by selecting “Save” or “Save As”. You will need to "Enable Editing" if you choose the Excel file option.
- Open your email. Create a new mail message to [email protected] and attach your order to the message. Press “Send” to submit and someone from our team will be in touch to get your payment details.
Order Confirmation, Payment & Fulfillment
When we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been picked, you will receive a phone call to schedule a pickup date and time as well as make payment arrangements. We will be accepting payments via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) and E-Transfer over the phone, Cash (exact change only) will be accepted at time of pickup. All orders must be picked up 24-72 hours from the time the order is placed. Due to the sensitive nature of dealing with live product, we can only guarantee your order will be fulfilled exactly as specified on your form on the day we call to make arrangements. Should any product be unavailable we will let you know what it is, and possible substitutions. Please know it is our goal to supply you with your exact order and we will only make substitutions with your approval.
Changes
Should you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
Pickup
When you arrive for your scheduled pickup, please park in one of the designated 6 parking stalls. Call us from your vehicle at (204) 377-4480 to let us know you have arrived, we will then bring your order out, and place it on our sanitized table for you to then load yourself. Please take the time as you load your plants into your vehicle to make sure everything is what you ordered and it is up to your quality. That is the time to let us know as we can exchange or return the product, as once it has left the greenhouse there will be no exchanging or returns on all plants or merchandise this year for the safety of our staff.
